Quetec LLC currently offers services by invitation only through our private beta program. Our software platforms are not yet available for general public use.
2. Payments During Private Beta
If payment is collected during private beta, the following terms apply in addition to any beta agreement:
- Refund window: 14 days from the date of the first payment.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Timing: Typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
3. Subscriptions and Cancellation
For subscriptions started during private beta:
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
- The initial 14‑day refund window applies to the first billing cycle only.
- After the refund window, charges for the current period are non‑refundable.
4. Case-by-Case Review
During the private beta phase, any questions regarding refunds, cancellations, or service modifications may also be addressed individually based on:
- The specific nature of the service provided
- The duration of service usage
- The circumstances of the request
- Any applicable agreements or arrangements
5. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Please contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback to allow us to assist.
6. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the invitation‑only nature of our current services, there are no automatic refund processes in place. All requests require individual review and approval.
